The following hypotheses will be tested in this study:
H1: There will be no significant difference in the achieved Crew (1968) skill times of the subjects in the one-a-day mental practice condition, versus the control, at the posttest level.
H2: There will be no significant difference in the achieved Crew (1968) skill times of the subjects in the five-a-day mental practice condition, versus the control, at the posttest level.
H3: There will be no significant difference in the achieved Crew (1968) skill times of the subjects in the one-a-day mental practice condition, versus those in the five-a-day mental practice condition, at the posttest level.
